The midjourneyapi.ai service is operated by Sparque, LLC.

midjourneyapi.ai uses Clerk and Google to authenticate users. We use the account identifier Clerk provides to keep each user's jobs, events, reference images, and generated artifacts separate.

Prompts and generation settings are sent to our hosted application and database, then processed through a connected Midjourney account. Reference images are stored privately with Vercel Blob and are shared with the generation provider only through time-limited access URLs. Generated artifacts are stored by the generation service and delivered through authenticated application routes.

Our application is hosted using Vercel and DigitalOcean, and durable job and account data is stored in Neon Postgres. These providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the service.

Stripe processes checkout, payment details, invoices, and subscription management. We do not receive full card numbers. Our application stores Stripe's opaque customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, billing-period dates, and the credit grants needed to operate your account.
