The midjourneyapi.ai service is operated by Sparque, LLC.

midjourneyapi.ai is an unofficial developer playground and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Midjourney. You must use it lawfully and in accordance with the terms that apply to Google, Clerk, Midjourney, and the other services involved.

You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit and must have the rights needed to use them. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or sensitive content.

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. The price and included credits shown at checkout apply to each billing period. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or schedule cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Credits are added only after successful payment. They are service entitlements, not cash, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable.

The service may change, be unavailable, or produce incomplete or unexpected results. Generated output is provided as available, without a guarantee of availability, fitness, accuracy, or continued retention.
